Updates 4/13/20 (Week 5)

As many of you have heard, FUSD issued the new grading guidelines last Thursday, April 9th. As a result of some of the language of the new guidelines I need to make changes to what I presented Wednesday, the 8th.

Opportunities to improve your grade include the following:

1) Make-up Opportunities:

You may choose to make-up or resubmit any of the textbook homework assignments from the 3rd quarter. That includes chapters 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22. Each of these assignments is worth 6 points. If completed and submitted by Tuesday, May 26th I will replace any existing score with the score earned on the make-up assignment.

2) Extra-Credit Opportunities:

In addition to the make-up assignments you may compete any or all of the extra-credit assignments below. If all of these points are earned your grade will raise by 8%. Remember, this is in addition to any points you may earn from submitting make-up assignments.  Unlike the make-up assignments, all extra-credit assignments must be submitted by Thursday, May 14th (the day before your AP Exam).

• 3 pts: Chapter 23 Reading Guide or Chapter 23 Key Vocabulary Terms
• 3 pts: Chapter 24 Reading Guide
• 3 pts: Primary Document: FDR's Four Freedoms Address
• 3 pts: Primary Document: WWII Internet Investigation
